    Most of our competitors want to cut out the middle man and sell direct to business customers. They feel that this is the best way to increase their margins. We think they are in a word, insane. 95% of all support issues with SIP trunking and hosted PBX occur in four places:
    1) The customer's inside network
    2) The customer's router/firewall
    3) The Customer's Internet service
    4) In the case of direct sip trunking, the configuration of the customer's PBX. In the case of analog handoff, in the physical connection to the PBX.
    So...our competitors have to deal with all these issues remotely, using contract installers provided by national installation companies. They cause massive issues for customers, and have a very high level of dissatisfied customers.
    That is why we want to work with you - you know your customers, their equipment and network. If they have an Avaya IP Office or other SIP capable system, who better to configure it for SIP trunking that you? If they have a legacy system and need analog connections, who better to do it right that the company that installed it?
    And if you also provided the Internet access and maintain the customer router/firewall, all the better. Because mis-configured firewalls cause over half of all service issues!

  • We have a complete solution.

    We can provide a solution for virtually all your existing customers. Most Avaya dealers contact us looking for direct SIP trunking for their IP Office customers...but that usually represents only 20% of their total customer base.

    Do you have hundreds or even thousands of legacy systems in the field, such as ATT/Lucent/Avaya Partner systems, or Nortel BCM50's? If so, why are you NOT providing SIP trunking to those customers? Reconnect with your entire customer base and provide them Direct SIP trunking, Digital Cross Connect service or Hosted PBX - whichever fits their needs. Then, when they are ready to purchase a new system, you are set to provide that.

  • Easy, fast setup.

    Online account creation allows you to create a customer account and sip trunking or hosted PBX in literally minutes. Or we can do it for you.

    Once the customer is set up, you or the customer can use the customer portal to manage services, add local and toll free numbers and manage E911 addresses.

    For analog telephone adapters and IP phones, we prefer that YOU purchase those and sell to the customer directly. You are their existing equipment provider, and that should continue. Our system will do automated equipment provisioning - just enter the MAC address in our system and tie it to the customer's service and the equipment self configures - all you do is point it to our configuration system.

  • We help you close and set up business customers.

    We will assist you in writing proposals for large or complex customers.

    For direct SIP trunking customers, our system will provide you with step by step configuration information for the IP Office system. For Digital Cross Connect customers, out system will auto-configure the ATA.

    For hosted PBX customers, we will handle the programming of the PBX - unless you wish to do it. You will have full access to control all features of the system, and it is your choice if you wish to handle it all, you wish us to handle it all, or support the customer together. In most cases, the partner handles basic moves/add/changes and involves us for more complex work.
